Excellent service! I phoned at 8am and Jamie arrived at 9am. Jamie was very professional and helpful. He explained everything clearly and was very thorough. Excellent customer service. They successfully removed squirrels from my loft which is an older property and difficult to access. Recently came to investigate scratching noises from the chimney wall and made sure that all areas of the house were investigated thoroughly. Highly recommended! Eliminate is a very professional company with excellent staff who go the extra mile to eradicate the pest problem. Can not recommend enough! I am quite a nervous person and the pest control man (sorry I didn't catch his name!) was so cool, calm and collected the whole time he was here. Talked me though what was being done and made sure I was okay whilst he dealt with the issues in my attic. Lee, who visited us in Liverpool, is possibly the most knowledgable person on the planet when it comes to rats! He was so funny and relaxing and I wish we could be best friends because he genuinely was the perfect person to have around after a full night of no sleep worrying about rats. My partner and I couldn't stop smiling the whole time he was here, he's like a caricature of a pest controller!
