10000% recommend! Gino is a genuine lovely Guy, sorted my problem out! I swear just his presence in my home scared the little buggers away!

I cannot recommend Gino enough, he was with us within an hour of us calling him. Once he arrived he did a thorough examination of our house, he lifted manholes, loft, you name it he checked it, he quickly established where the rat was coming in. Not only did he solve the problem, he gave us advice on possible future issues and put in preventative measures. We've since had two follow up calls from him to check on us, highly recommended customer service second to none

I highly recommend urgent pest control, after several attempts from different companies the rat problem we had was still ongoing, when Gino arrived he carried out an inspection and told us every detail and gave us options on prevention and treatment, we took on his advice and we are now finally done with the rats living with us! Amazing service! Having recently moved into a new house that had a rodent issue, I was really worried and overwhelmed as to what to do. Gino handled it all brilliantly. He identified the cause of the issue and took steps to prevent it from reoccurring. He also made sure to take care of the current rodents within the the house. Not only did they respond promptly to my urgent request, but they also managed to identify the source of the pest problem and eliminate it within the same day. From start to finish, Urgent Pest Control have been absolutely incredible. We had initially called the council in to fix a small squirrel problem, but it wasn't until after the council's two visits, where they laid plain wheat in the loft, helping to provide an easy food source and exacerbating the problem, then later returning to pop their head up and proclaim there didnt seem to be activity, that we decided to seek alternative help. Gino quickly identified the issue, placed effective bait and was on hand whenever we had a concern, revisiting to add additional methods of solving the issue, which was much, much larger than at the time the council had been called.

I honestly wish we'd gone with these guys from the start as we would have saved weeks of disturbed nights, stress and worry. Every interaction with Gino has been a positive one with pricing reasonable and full explanations given. He truly is one of the nicest people we've ever had in our home and exudes confidence. 1st class service! I contacted at 8am this morning, arrived by 4pm and job completed within the hour. Super friendly, professional and a genuinely lovely person. Cleared away remnants of dead wasps and treatment residue out of consideration of my dog which was greatly appreciated. Price was very reasonable for the level of service received, will be recommending to any family/friends needing any type of pest control. Fantastic service! After discovering pest issues in our new home one evening we called Gino first thing the next morning. He was with us by lunch time the same day, inspected the whole house inside and out and after talking through some options a plan was put into place and the problem was solved in a matter of days, we also put some long term solutions in place to prevent any further issues. Gino is brilliant. As soon as we called he turned up that night to inspect our home. No messing around. He was extremely thorough and he is evidentially an expert in the field. Not only did he solve our pest infestation quickly, he came up with long term solutions and explained to us step by step where the pests were coming from and why. Meaning we now have a huge chance of preventing this from happening again ourselves. He's an overall lovely guy and I would recommend him to anyone!

Amazing service, Urgent Pest Control has been very helpful! He came to help the same day I contacted him on a holiday when most people don't work. I had a problem with rodents and the work was completed fast and efficiently. All my questions were answered with ease.
